Peach Tea with Sage Honey
The perfect summer drink!
INGREDIENTS:
PEACH SYRUP:
Honey - sweeten to your liking. (We have many different flavors of honey but we recommend Sage because it has a lighter flavor. Perfect for sweetening tea!)
1 cup water
2-3 sliced yellow peaches
TEA: 3 tea bags 6 cups of water
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place honey, water, and sliced peaches in a saucepan over medium heat until they come to a boil.
2. Smash up peaches as you mix.
3. Once the honey is melted in the water and peaches, turn the burner off and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
4. After 30 minutes, strain syrup to remove fruit pieces. (optional) BREWING TEA Bring water to a boil and then turn off the burner. Steep your tea bags for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and allow tea to cool. Add the peach syrup and ice.
