Roasted Tomato, Basil, & Burrata Crostinis

Ingredients :

*if there’s a β€œπŸ’›β€ you can shop the product at our fruit stand*

⁃ πŸ’› SONS cherry tomatoes of your choice

⁃ πŸ’› SONS basil (we grow it fresh at the fruit stand!)

⁃ πŸ’› Baguettes (we have fresh sourdough baguettes made every Wednesday & Friday afternoon)

⁃ πŸ’› Sciabica’s Sticky Balsamic

⁃ πŸ’› Sciabica’s Buttery & Sweet olive oil

⁃ πŸ’› Fresh garlic

⁃ Garlic powder

⁃ Salt & Pepper

⁃ Burrata Cheese

Instructions :

1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper in your baking dish.

2. On another tray, place thin sizes of the sourdough baguettes, drizzle with olive oil, & toss until evenly distribute.

3. Roast in the oven for 425Β° for 15-20 minutes.

4. Once cooked, rub fresh garlic on each sourdough bread slice to maximum the flavor.

5. Serve the tomatoes topped with burrata and fresh basil, drizzle olive oil + balsamic and finish with extra salt & pepper.
