Grandma’s Banana Nut Bread
You know its good if it’s coming from grandmas kitchen!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ chopped walnuts
2 bananas
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
½ buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Put all dry ingredients in the food processor for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, put in another bowl.
2. Put bananas in the food processor for 1 minute.
3. Add sugar, eggs, and butter.
4. With the machine still running, add milk and vanilla.
5. Add dry ingredients and mix 3 or 4 times - not too much!
6. Pour into a buttered/floured loaf pan.
7. Bake for 1 hour.
8. ENJOY the best banana bread ever!
